Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. We fill single case orders as readily as pallet quantities, which is usually why an agency comes to us rather than to a national distributor.
Can you hold a standing order for a breakroom or a program?
Yes. Standing replenishment runs on a cycle you set, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and is timed to arrive before the stock runs out.
Do you supply drinks as well as packaged food?
Both, on the same order. Snacks and packaged goods, juices, soda, bottled water, and breakroom coffee and tea.
What happens if a line is short at the distributor?
We tell you before the delivery rather than after, and put a like for like substitute in front of you to approve. Nothing is swapped without your say so.
How quickly can you fill an urgent request?
Urgent requests are filled from inventory we already hold rather than waiting on a distributor cycle. The date is confirmed in writing when we quote.
Do you deliver outside Nassau County?
We deliver across Nassau County and New York City, and coordinate regionally beyond that. Send the delivery address and we will confirm before you commit.
