How do you handle short shelf life?
Produce and dairy are ordered on short cycles through regional distributors, so stock arrives usable rather than close to turning.
Can we set a fixed weekly delivery?
Yes. Weekly and twice weekly are the most common cycles for produce and dairy. We agree the day and the quantities with you before the first delivery.
Do you supply seasonal produce?
Yes, by request. Availability and price move with the season, so seasonal lines are quoted close to the delivery date rather than months ahead.
What if our quantities change week to week?
Send the revised count before the cutoff for that cycle and the order is adjusted. A standing order is a starting point, not something you are locked into.
How is refrigerated stock handled?
Refrigerated lines are scheduled to move from the distributor to you without sitting in between. We confirm the delivery window before the first drop.
Can you supply for a one off event?
Yes. Community events and program days are a regular part of the work. Give us the date, the headcount, and the items.
